Elvie smelled the air.

"So wonderful. Spring has to be my most favorite time of year! I'm just thankful that the pollen count isn't that high this year." Elvie said.

"Yeah, spring is wonderful," He watches insects fly through the air, and then sneezes. "Blah.......bugs are the only downer though." Kirosi said.

"I love spring! The flowers are the best part!" Yuzu said happily.

Suddenly, a flute was heard in a nearby tree. Yuzu, Kirosi and Elvie stopped and listened to the beautiful sound. The wind blew the leaves of the tree and Yuzu was able to see the player. She had long blonde hair, and soft green eyes. She wore a white dress, knee length, And had sandals on.

"Hey up there!" Elvie began to yell, "Come down!"

The girl stopped playing and turned around. She looked at them gently and jumped down from the tree.

"Are you a musician?" Elvie asked.

The girl shook her head.

"Why do you play that flute?" Elvie asked again.

The girl only stood there. Yuzu walked up to her.

"Hi."

"Hello young one." The girl replied.

Elvie gave Yuzu a blank stare and then became distracted by a passing butterfly.

"My name is Yuzu. What is yours?"

The girl looked at her gently.

"My name is, Millicent, but everyone calls me Chala. Nice to meet you Yuzu."

Kirosi stared at Elvie who was still chasing the butterfly.

"Hello Chala. You play beautifully, can you tell me where you learned to play such beautiful music?" Yuzu asked.

"My sister taught me. Where are you from?" Chala asked.

"We are from Kobold Village. This is Kirosi, a former bandit, and this is Elvoret. A talking cat." Yuzu replied.

"I am from Rockaxe." Chala told them.

"Rockaxe? Matilda? That's a long way from here! What are you doing so far from home?" Kirosi asked.

"I'd rather not talk about it. So, Yuzu where are you headed?" Chala said.

"We are going to go to Greenhill. Where are you headed?"

"I'm just a traveler with nowhere to go. Ahhh freedom!" Chala said happily.

Elvie stopped chasing the butterfly and walked back over to Yuzu and Chala.

"If you have no place to go, why don't you come with us?" Elvie said.

"Come with you? Oh I couldn't! I wouldn't want to impose."

"Impose? HA! You wouldn't be imposing! We would be happy to have you along!" Kirosi announced.

"Well if you want me along...is it alright with you Yuzu?" Chala asked.

"Of course! The more the merrier!" Yuzu said, and smiled.
