"Serenity" (Unicorn Woods) Tengaar waited awhile under a tree. She had been waiting for awhile to see a unicorn appear. Tengaar sat alone, deep in the beauty of the Unicorn Woods. Her mind was focused on seeing a unicorn and waiting for Hix to show up. Tengaar didn't understand why Hix didn't want to become a great warrior. All she wanted for him to be was his best. She loved the guy and she knew that one day she would be waiting for him to return to her heart. She just wanted the best for him, that is why show would boss him around or yell at him for no reason; it was so he could understand his mistakes. Tengaar hated the way she acted, she wished that she would learn to calm down and not yell at people. Tengaar stayed under the shaded tree and watched the animals frolic youthful. She listened to the bird's sweet songs of hope, and watched the frogs whine and moan. Tengaar loved nature and she would have loved to be in a forest with Hix. She found that it would be romantic, just the two of them alone and together. Tengaar sighed and waited some more. She hated to wait, but she also hated to be alone. She found the Forest very warm and vibrant. The tall trees stood high, while the rocks and the plants laid low. Tengaar saw a small pond in the dead-end point of the forest. She walked over and sat down by it. Tengaar peered over the water and looked at a refection of herself. She then undid her long braids and let her hair lay low. She looked at her self some more and thought about Hix. "How could he understand how much I love him" she thought, "I wonder if he will ever understand..." Tengaar laid on the ground next to the pond. She dipped her finger in and started to make circles in the water. She eyes look frail and lonesome. She knew that she couldn't stay here forever. She knew that it was only a matter of time before she would end up leaving here and never returning, but some how Tengaar seemed to love this place. It was a sanctuary for many animals and place of peace and reflection. Tengaar sat up and started to run her fingers through her hair. She didn't look up she just look at the water and started to think more. "I wonder if there really is a unicorn here? I hope there is..." Tengaar looked around the area as she sat silently on the ground. She then took off her boots and placed her feet in the water. The water felt cool on Tengaar's feet. She sat quietly and daydreamed of Hix for hours. Finally she stopped and looked up. She saw a male figure in the distance. "Could that be Hix?" she thought, "I wonder..." Tengaar got up slowly and tip toed toward the male figure. She ducked behind some bushes to try to get a better look. The male was just about Tengaar's height. Had light brown hair and had beautiful blue eyes. He was carrying a long sword and a few runes on him. Tengaar sighed. It wasn't Hix. The man heard a sigh, and then surrounded the bush that Tengaar was hiding in. "Come out!" The man yelled, "I know someone is here! Show your self!" Tengaar's heart raced. She didn't want to get caught. She did know what this guy would do to her if he caught her. Tengaar remained still for the time being. The man raised his sword and then put it away. He looked around so more unsure of what was behind that bush. The man walked all the way behind Tengaar and then waited for her to turn around. Tengaar looked to see that the man was not there anymore. She looked behind her. Caught! Tengaar saw the man behind her. She was a little freaked out; she didn't know what to do. "I'm so sorry miss, I thought you were a poacher" said the man "So sorry..." Tengaar looked at the man she smiled "Its alright, you startled me" The man smiled back at her. "So sorry, by the way why are you out here alone?" he asked "Well you see I...I was waiting for someone, and I doubt they will be showing up" Tengaar rushed to say. "I see, so you are waiting for someone, or looking for someone?" "Waiting, but I guess they are not coming..." Tengaar sighed "Oh..." the man said "Well do you wish to come with me back to the Kobold Village, or do you wish to wait here?" Tengaar couldn't decide she didn't really want to leave, but she didn't want to stay in such a place alone. "Pardon me, can I ask of your name?" the man asked "Sure, my name is Tengaar" "What a beautiful name, my name is Hunter, I'm an activist who seeks to find poachers and kill them, I love this forest and wish not to see an humans or animals harmed" "Nice name" Tengaar giggled Tengaar didn't know what she was doing. She started to like this stranger. She didn't know what to do, she never would want to hurt Hix in anyway, but it looked as if she didn't know if he even loved her. Tengaar smiled at the stranger, but for sure she knew that this guy wasn't going to hurt her, she seemed to trust him. "Well...? Do you wish to return to the Kobold Village?" he asked again. "I'm not really sure..." Tengaar sighed "What if he returns here and sees me gone..." "Well I can't just leave you here" he said, "I would feel bad to leave a girl stranded alone in a forest, look if you would like, I'll stay here with you" "Thanks, I wouldn't mind some company" Tengaar replied with a smile. Tengaar walked over to a tree and sat back down under it. Her heart still pumping fast and her mind with millions of thoughts. She knew she loved Hix, but as of now she didn't know if he even loved her back...
