"The Destruction that happens after a war" The battle. The battle wages forth. The battle is furious. The battle is... Not happening due to the whale's sudden harsh movements. Tai Ho and Orca's men are having a hard enough time trying to stand up. Shark-Mens are tumbling over, going overboard, hitting decks, banging walls. But Orca still managed to stand his ground. With his feet clawing onto the deck's floor, he gnarls and looks at Tai Ho, who's still standing with the help of the mast that still stands in this perilously unstable battlefield. But this is an advantage to Orca, as Tai Ho has only one hand available. But Orca is still standing still. Not trying to attack. Amongst the dripping lake water from atop his flesh, sweat trickles down. He wonders, where is the rest of the army hiding. He still fears the option of an underhanded ambush if Orca tries to kill this standing man, who Orca is assuming to be the leader of the army. He stares hard. Tai Ho is still waiting for the Fish-Man in front of him to attack first. That way he can use the mast to his advantage and spin around the charging Fish-Man to have a clear opening shot from the back. But this waiting is making him impatient. This strong and able looking Fish-Man in front of him. He looks to be as if he's the leader of the Fish-Man. He probably is though. Who'da thought, in a Whale's Belly there is another kingdom. A hidden Kingdom of Fish-Men. This is certainly an unexpected find by Tai Ho. The Shark-Man moved. Oh, he was just brushing off some liquid off his forehead. Is the Fish-Man sweating? Tai Ho couldn't tell, too much water splashing around. Tai Ho is soaked to the bone. The whale is moving too much. Wonder what's happening on the outside. Uh oh, Tai Ho thinks. This is not happening. I can't be. Oh god... I'm gonna sneeze. Tai Ho tries to hold it back, but to no avail, he sneezes, and thus, lowering his defense stance. AN ADVANTAGE! The Human flesh cannot take the amount of cold this whole situation have given him. Orca launches and sticks his spear out and aims it right at the human's heart. "YOU WILL NEVER GET THE GLOW-ROCK, HUMAN!" Orca shouted loudly. The Human take his head up and puts both his hands on the mast, hence dropping his weapon to the ground which then rolled off to the edge of the boat, stopped by the edge-wall(I don't know what you call that thing -Eisu), and the human make a strong turn the opposite of Orca. The Human then spun around Orca, using the mast and lands behind Orca, with a foot sticking into Orca's spine. Damn, because of the sneeze, he needed to use both his hands to make the mast spinaround and thus gave him the disadvantage of being without a weapon now. But at least he hit the Fish-Man and what he would assume to be a vital spot. Oh. Does fish have strong spine? Orca stumbled and stood up right away. He looks around. He still see his Men trying hard to stand up in this swaying boat. He doesn't see any other human. There is no other human coming out to help this Human. There is no army. He grins. Tai Ho was surprised. He was sure he saw a grin on the Fish-Man's face, but the place is a bit too dark to really tell. Did this Fish Man realise something? The Shark-Man gave out a hefty laugh and doubled back. "Wow, then I need tell you that my King think you have army. He coming to destroy you." Ohhhhhh. Now he knows why the Fish-Man hesitated to attack. He totally forgot that the Fish-Man had thought he had an army. Damn, he could've used that to his advantage, but now, the Fish-Man had realised that he is alone, so it's too late for anything. And he is weaponless. "What a bummer" Tai Ho said out loud. With this realisation, Orca made his offensive stance once again, and sticks out his spear for a second attack. Only this time, he would take the option of the Human spinning around using the mast. Though he is sure the Human would not do the same trick twice, but then, who knows. It's good to leave the options open. He readies for the attack. Tai Ho sees the Fish-Man getting ready for another attack. He lowers himself down a bit. Both hands gripping the mast tightly. Orca launches. Tai Ho launched himself forward, using the mast as support. Orca was wide eyed. He sees the Human launching towards him with super speed. He didn't not think the Human would try a direct assault at such a disadvantage. He stumbles to get his Spear ready in time. Tai Ho made a little flip so that his legs would be forward and thrusts it towards the coming Fish-Man. The Fish-Man is struggling to get his Spear into position. "TOO LATE!!" Tai Ho shouted out. They hit with a strong impact sounded inside the Whale's belly. The echo of the impact rings into both the attackers ears and the rest of the fish-men one the boat. Tai Ho's leg had landed right on Orca's face, disfiguring it for a second, with blood spurting out of Orca's nose and mouth. But Orca also managed to slice the side of Tai Ho's left leg. The slice is still deep enough to have blood flowing all the way to Tai Ho's face and beyond that. Both attackers dropped to the ground. Just as they dropped, a massive wave came in and splashed the deck of the boat, pushing both of them off the boat and into the water. Both of them are now lost in the belly of the whale. Lah-Woot took off after stealing the Glow-Rock. With this, I will soon take control of the Belly Kingdom, he thought to himself. But first, he must make sure that both the Human and King Orca is dead. As he was entering the Throne Room (The place where the Glow Rock is, is just behind the Throne Room), he sees a body on the floor, right where the water wave just ends. It was the Human's. The Human is lying on the floor, hurt. Lah-Woot started thinking. He can use this to his advantage. By killing this Human right here, right now, he can show it off to the King what a deed he had done. The King would want to celebrate, of course, and then Lah-Woot would use that time, to assassinate the King. And no one would know of it. Poison, the best way to assassinate a King. Lah-Woot moved up to the Human. He made a little nudge-kick to the side of the human, to see if the human is alive. Lah-Woot then notices the Human is still breathing. He took out his dagger, getting ready for the kill. That is, until the Glow-Rock started to Glow immensely. Tai Ho woke up at the sudden flash of bright light. And suddenly, as he open his eyes, he finds himself floating in a very bright place. There is absolutely nothing around, except for a stone, in front of him. The stone looked like a Rune, but still looks different. "Tai Ho" The stone speaks. Tai Ho was surprised at this, but he still answers, "Y... Yes?" "You, are the one I choose." "Who... What are you?" "I am the Flowing Rune. Though I am different than other flowing runes. I am the first of the flowing runes. I was the first one made. No Runemaster can attach me, no humans can own me. I choose the one that uses me. And I choose you." "Me? Why me?" "I have spent thousands of years, searching for the right user, and you, who are one with the sea, can only be the one to use me." "One with the sea?" "That is all I can say. Brace yourself for my attachment" Tai Ho suddenly feels an ache on his chest, and then he sees the Rune coming at him, particle by particle. Tai Ho's chest suddenly glows and he crumples himself as he feels a harsh pain going through his body. He feels something tugging at his heart. He tries to shout out the pain but nothing would come out of his open mouth. Flash. Lah-Woot dropped back as he saw the Human disappeared with the Glow-Rock only to reappear, except this time, the human has a glow rock on his chest. The wound on the Human's leg is also gone, as if it had never been there. Lah-Woot observed as he sees the Human land on the fleshy ground. Lah-Woot took no time, he charges towards the human with his knife ponting forward. But to no avail. There is some kind of force field protecting the human. Suddenly, the whale moved too much, or stopped too fast... or... Crashed into something. Lah-Woot was thrown off into the water, but the Human is still standing in balance, as if nothing is moving. Lah-Woot takes this opportunity to swin away and plot his revenge and takeover some other time. An hour after the whole thing happened, Tai Ho managed to get out of the whale. As he stepped out of the whale's mouth, he lands right into KusKus. He looks around and sees the whole town, full of rubbles and thrashed violently. But he sees no human hurt tho. What a miracle. He walks casually as all the townspeople who saw him come out of the Whale's mouth stare at him. He just waved and smiled to everyone, in his usually casual manner. Tho in this case, this is quite an unusual thing. He looks beside him and saw it was the KusKus Inn. Then he looked back, and just realised that the whale didn't crash only at the port. The whale crashed all the way to KusKus Inn. About 75% of KusKus is totally destroyed and thrashed. Now Tai Ho becomes wide-eyed and realised what a tragedy this is. The Flowing Rune then tells him that no one is hurt or dead. The Flowing Rune made sure of that. But still, a whole town is destroyed. And then, Tai Ho jumped back as he sees some of the Fish-Men jumping out of the whale. The Fish- Men puts up a defensive stance and puts out their spears out to the civilians of KusKus. One of them climbed onto the Whale all the way to the top. He had a string on his hand and he tied it around the Whale's head, around the mouth. The Whale now looks like a horse. Then all of the other Fish-Men also climbed onto the whale. The Fish-Man who is holding the string said something in his own tongue and then the whale started to move. Tai Ho was thinking to himself, Finally, this whole mess is all over. But right after he finished his sigh of relief, he realised the direction the whale is moving. It was not into the sea, it was into land. And, so, the whale thrashed away another 10% of KusKus and strolled into Southern Jowston as if it was a horse. The Fish-Man turned around and looked at Tai Ho and shouted something in his own tongue. Tai Ho stood at the KusKus entrance, looking at the moving whale with bewilderment. "I guess I haven't seen the last of them."
