Shin robed his eyes and yawns. Then he got slowly up and put together his things. After a short breakfast he and Julia walked to the marketplace. There the rest of the group was allready waiting. The 2 men did some steps back as Shin approached. Shin looked around and nods friendly to greet Wolf.
There was one wagon, pulled by 2 horses. The wagon was made of hard wood and some stripes of steel to portect it against crashes or fire. Then Lady Devina, Sir Wolf and 2 Guards came with a big, heavy chest of steel. The put it into the Wagon and locked the door with 4 different, heavy locks. The 4 keys were hand to Shin, Julia, Wolf and the wagon driver. Everyone got one key.
"Well then, good luck to you and do a good duty!" Lady Devina said friendly and nods.
"We wont fail milady" Wolf said. The rest only nods. Shin was watching at the wagondriver. He dont know, but he has the feeling that he did met him before. And he combines no good events with this face.

After a short check if everyone is ready they headed north and passed the Gates of Muse. Some people were pointing their fingers at the wagon and its good armored guards.

After a march of about 2 hours they reached the edge of a deep forest.
"Okay, carefully now everyone. Watch carefully at the trees. This forest is well known for the whole bandits living here and killing for afew potch's." Julia said and pulled out her big saber.
Shin walked abit faster so that he was building the tip of the convoy. He pulled out his sword and holds it ready to strike it down.
Wolf was covering the left side, together with Rod, one of the two men who were around with julia. The other one was Riff, he was taking the right side. Lady Julia was covering the back. Walking backwards and looking around, her saber ready in her hands. The wagondriver was looking around nervously. Shin realized that his eyes were not signed of fear more the driver seemed to wait for something or someone.

As the driver watched at one point in the left side of the wood Shin tooked a closer look and realized some shadows up in the trees and in the forest.

"Left side, Cover!!!" Shin shouts and jumped behind the right side of the wagon. Then some arrows flew down. At the next moment battle calls were calling through the forest. A group of 8 weaponed man jumped out of the forest, attacking the left side. Shin looked around to get the situation. Wolf was fighting 2 Bandits, Julia was covering Rod who was hit by some arrows. She was fighting 3 Bandits. Riff was fighting against 2. One Bandit was running up to Julias back. Julia was far away of Shins position, but Shin raised his sword and calles the words:

"Spider Rune, give me your power to defend the light and let it win over the dark!" Then his sword started to shimmer in a red and Shin jumped high into the air. With one step he was standing between Julia and the enemie. The sword of the Bandit was crashing down against "Tarantula". Shin given him a kick and the Bandit flews back. With one fast rotation Shin strokes down 2 Bandits who would have caused some problems for Julia and Rod. Julia was looking confused, then she realized the coming attack of the last Bandit. After a fast fight she was pulling out her saber out of the dead Bandit. Rod gots up slowly and wanted to thank Shin. But he could find time, again some arrows were flewing down against the group. Shin rolled aside. As he raised his head he saws how Wolf was getting in trouble. One arrow has hit him and his enemie raised up his sword. Shin rans up to him ramming his sword through the body of the Bandit. The hitten Bandit sunk down on his knees, snapping for air slowly. As Shin pulled out his sword the Bandit falled down with his face to the ground. In this time Riff and Julia defeated the remaining 2 Bandits.
"Everyone to the right side!" Shin shouts
As everyone approached Shin saws that Rod was hitten bad again. Julia and Riff were okay, just lightly wounded and Wolf could walk, because the arrow has hitten his leg. "There allways those hidden archers in the trees!" Shin said. "ill go and take them down, Riff youre coming with me." Without waiting for an answer he ranned up to teh forest. Again some arrows flewing down. One has hitten Shins shoulder.

It must be 3 archers

Shin was looking back, riff didnt get injured. Then he waves with his sword to show that Riff should take the right way. Shin ran up the left way. In his way Shin realized the silhoutte of an archers targeting him.
He jumped into the bushes and the arrow failed. In the next moment Shin started to run with full speed hitting the archers with the bottom end of his sword. The archers hides his face then Shin killed him with one strike.
After awhile Shin didnt found another archer. So he rans up the way Riff has taken.
There was crossing one dead archer his way, and he could see how Riff was taking down the other archer. Shin walked back to the wagon. He has the feeling if a fire burning deep in him full of hate. He didnt know why he was feeling that way, he hadnt let anyone of the attackers alive. Thats not his normal way to finish battles. Excepting he would defend Lady Teresa. As he reached the wagon he jumped up to the wagon driver who seemed to be very nervouse and shocked. Shin kicked him as hard that he falls down from the wagon. As Shin jumped back down he pointed his sword on the chest of the driver, laying on the ground.

"What was that for?!" Shin shouts.

"Wha-Wha??What?!!" the wagon driver stutters nervously. In his eyes Shin realized the fear of death.

"You did know about the attack!"

"no...nono...i....i swear!" the driver cryed

"Liar!! Just save your speak! I only want to know the facts! No appologizes and so on!! UNDERSTAND?!" Shin shouts

"Yes...yes.. but..."

Shin kicked the head of the driver. "There is NO BUT!!!" "again...why was that?"

"Cause i...i wanted to take the money...it is so much gold and i need it...my...my wive...and my children...and....and..." the driver stuttered with tears in his eyes.

The fire wich burns in Shin was burning very hot and high now from one moment to the other he forgot who he was and changed into a horrible monster. Shin taken his fist and let it smash down on the bottom end of his sword. So the tip of the sword digs his way to the chest of the driver.
Everyone around his was starring at Shin, completly shocked. The blood was running over the ground builing a big puddle. Shin was breathing hard. His chest moved up and down, his eyes still pointing the open eyes of the dead driver, his sword still in the chest. Then he turned his head down, closing his eyes biting on his lips.

What did i do? Who am i?
