"Off the Walls and into the Lake, To Grandma's House We Go" (On her way to Two River) I woke up the next morning, and grabbed my things. I checked out of the inn and began to walk to Two River. After I left the inn, I went to check the item shop for winged boots. I walked in to see that they had most of the basic needs such as medicine and armor. I walked up to the counter to see if they had any winged boots. The man told me that they were sold out. "Sold Out!" I thought "Just great! I hope Two River has some Winged Boots" I walked out of the item store. I then looked around. "So you're looking for Winged Boots, I know where to get some" said an old lady. I turned around to see an old woman staring at me. "You know, you look like your lost, by any chance are you heading to Two River?" I looked at her and nodded. She looked at my map. "You know it won't take you to long, to get to Two River," she said. A girl came running up to us. "Grandmother Taki, what are you doing out here, you know that you are not suppose to be outside, in your condition" the girl whined "Come on time to go back inside" The girls grabbed Taki and took her back to the house. "Okay that was wired," I thought. I decided to leave town early today so that I could go to Two River. I left the town and then pulled out my map. I looked at it careful (because we don't need her lost again) To see where Two River was. With some luck I found it on the map no problem. I then walked pass a sign saying welcome to "Two River" But because my I was staring at the map, I went the wrong way, again. I ended up an hour later in a village that was inhabited by Kobolds. I looked around to see that there were no humans here. "Strange, is this Two River?" I asked to some Kobolds near by. They looked at me and laughed. "Damn it! Wrong City" I yelled. Everyone in village the looked at me. "Heh, Um I have to go now" I said quickly "Heh wrong village" I darted out of the Kobold village as fast as I could. "Okay that was bad, I think I just insulted them" I looked at my cats "At least were not dogs chow right now" We then walked down the path again and finally made it to the Two River area. I front of the city I saw two winger children and a wolf playing with each other. "Hey Rowen give my back my diary now!" cried the girl. "Wyna your such a baby! Hee catch, wolfy" said the boy. I looked from the bushes to see that a little girl and a little boy were fighting over something, which looked like a book. Shiro looked at the children and watched them fight over that book. "Ow" Shiro thought "Great Rowen, thanks for hitting me in the head with that book again" Wyna grabbed the book, and quickly ran home. "Hee, that was so much fun eh wolfy?" said Rowen "Oh yeah I don't have a name for you, well maybe I could read you thoughts, or maybe give you a quickie name" Shiro looked at Rowen and nodded his head "You can't read my mind, you'll never know my real name" Rowen pulled out from his pocket a rare rune. "Look its one of the listing crystals, I got it last Christmas, so I think I'm gonna uses it now" he said. Shiro looked around and started to sniff someone presence. "What is it boy, is they're someone in the bushes? Lets go see" Shiro ran to the bushes and began sniffing around it. I sat as still as I could. I looked from the bushes to see if they were still there. "Huh? Where did they go?" I said. I turned around slow and then screamed. "Ahh!!!! Leave me alone" I cried. The little boy looked at me and laughed. "You look like your lost? Need help?" he asked. I looked at him "Yes, I need help in finding the Two River Rune shop" He looked at me "Oh my manners, my name is Rowen Grapple and this is my wolf who so far has no name" I looked at him and smiled "Well my name is Lotte and these are my two cats named Momo and Mina" Rowen looked at me "Cats?" he said "My sister wanted a cat, but my dad told her no" I looked at him "Cats are just so cute! But I think your wolf is pretty cute too" Rowen looked at me and started to blush. "Give me one minute and I'll take you to the Rune shop" he said. Rowen started to chant a spell. The Hearing crystal began to glow in a fiery red color. "I wish for this wolf to speak!" Rowen cried to the crystal. I watched as his wish was granted. "Huh?" Shiro said "What is going on?" I looked at Rowen who seemed to be happy with the results. "Yay! You can talk! Please tell me your name? I want to know what it is!" cried Rowen. "Shiro" he said "My name was give to me by my first master" I looked at Rowen. "So your name is Shiro?" I said "What a name, it sounds so cute" I replied. Rowen smiled at me "Thanks for waiting Lotte, now I'll take you to the Rune shop in Two River" I looked at Rowen. "Come on Shiro lets go" he said. As we all walked to Two River, Rowen began to sing 'We are on are way to Grandmothers house we go!' over and over. Shiro started to laugh over the fact that Rowen didn't know how to shut up, I on the other hand tried to tell Rowen to just show me where the Rune Shop was. Then all of a sudden I started to sing the song to. Shiro laughed at us some more. "Through the medows and to the wood, to Grandmother house we go!" we sang as we skipped into Two River. "Today was a pretty fun day" I thought. "Here we are!" said Rowen "Well I have to go home now, maybe I'll see you tomorrow Lotte! Well be Lotte and come on Shiro!" I looked at them and said farewell. I then walked back to the inn. "Well at least I know where it is now" I thought "I'll go in the morning" I walked into the inn and checked in. I walked up to my room and pulled out my log and wrote a short entry. Date: unknown. I finished it up and then headed for bed.
