Lilly (Reminisance)
The droplet rolled, slowly gathering momentum as it gathered together.
It rolled down her cheek, Gently tracing the curve of her face.
She lay in bed, surrounded by darkness...except for
the glow of the moon.
She can see it. She could feel it.
She was alone.
Memories.
Nothing but memories
-few but strong-
stirred in her mind.
Memories of time spent
Memories of youthful innocence.
Memories of forgotton friendships.
Memories of love ones.
The past remains unchanged.
The future is unknown.
The past was once our future.
soon, our future is our past.
As easily as life exists,
Life constantly progressed.
Fate is a plan
it is written in our future
Fate (like any other plan) can be altered.
this is written in the past.
This soothed the child.
It calmed her soul.
And Lilly fell asleep...
