Kinnison Chapter 6
"Nightmares"
(Greenhill)

Here he was..... trapped in Greenhill, after Toto village burned down, life had changed. Now he was in Greenhill, mistaken for a Highland Spy..... and after sleeping non-stop for 7 days, his Gunshot wound had completely healed. But now that he was healed, the soldiers had to decide whether to release him, or throw him in jail. But anyway.....

Kinnison snapped out of his thoughts and walked out of the house, he had a while before he had to see the soldiers. So he decided to visit the Inn and grab a bite to eat. Trudging along the past, Shiro met up with him and accompanied him along the way, the city was bustling with people, each going there own way. Finally he stepped up in front of the Inn, as he was about to step in, He ran straight into Chelios! Chelios eyes enraged and prepared to swing at Kinnison but he had already ran three blocks and was out of sight. Giving up on the idea of a hot meal, Kinnison and Shiro headed towards the school section of town. Most of the Students were in the classroom, he looked over, there was two soldiers standing under a tree. He walked over to meet them, they were the ones he met the other day.

"So you made it" The taller soldier asked "How was Breakfast"

"This isn't a social call" The Shorter soldier snarled out jabbing his partner "Well I have Bad news and Good news"

"Alright... Give me the Bad news" Kinnison said as his stomach rumbled.

"The Bad news is" The Taller guard said staying out of Jabbing range "We haven't got anything proving you Innocent"

"The Good News....?" Kinnison asked.

"You get to prove your Innocent" The shorter guard said "Is by running Errands for Norman and I"

"W-what...?" Kinnison stuttered out suprised "I didn't think Teresa or any other Mayor allowed peope to prove their Innocence by Running Errands!"

"Well.... the Thing is, Teresa, or the Head Soldier doesn't know" Norman said "Only Jeice, Me and a few others know the Situation"

"You mean you didn't tell!" Kinnison said.

"Well, She's sick! She'd probably go in a coma if she knew their was a Highland Spy running around" Jeice replied "Then again... the Dungeons are nice this time of year"

"ALRIGHT! Alright! I'll do whatever it is" Kinnison shouted out then quickly quieting himself "What Do I do?"

"Well..." Jeice started "My boy has been begging me to get him a Native Costume, so I'll give you 1,000 Potch to go to the Forest Village and get me one"

"Fine! I'll do it..... whew" Kinnison muttered out as he took the Potch and began to leave.

"Wait a second" Norman said "Your Wolf pal stays to make sure you don't escape, and if you don't come back within three day, Shiro here is fair Game for Mr. Chelios"

Kinnison didn't want to chance Shiro's life, but this wasn't by choice, he had to or it was the dungeon for him. So he headed off, he managed to get to the Forest Village by sunset. It was as he remembered a still sparsley populated town, he recognized a few people in the town already, although he doubted they remember him. He stepped into the Trading post and stepped up to the man at the counter and asked about the Native Costumes.

"Eh...?" The Man asked "Native Costumes eh, well I have one more left....but it really doesn't belong to me. See, one of my regular customers left it.... but by the time their back I should have a replacement if your willing to pay enough"

"How much you got in mind" Kinnison asked as he snuck a good amount of the Potch into his pocket.

"Well, how much you got?" The Man asked as he brought up the costume.

"Oh.. How much?" Kinnison asked as he brought up the bag of Potch "I have about 600"

"It's a deal then!" The Man said as he took the Free Potch and handed the Costume over. Kinnison then left and booked a room at the Inn and decided to do some sight-seeing before returning home. The town hadn't changed that much since he was last there. It soon became dark, so he headed back to the Inn for some sleep. The next morning he awoke suddenly to the sound of crashing of dishes, he quickly dressed himself and ran downstairs to see what happened. He recognized one of the men straight off. It was Moore the Bandit from before. He was doing a 'stickup' on the Innkeeper in order to gain some cash, Kinnison took his bow, took out an arrow from his quiver and aimed it at Moore.

"Put the.... 'gun' down now" Kinnison said "Or else I'll shoot"

"Say wha--" Moore said as he turned "It's you! Your the one responsible for Balanth's death!"

"Put it down now!" Kinnison said as he tried to remember who Balanth was "I will shoot!"

"Ha! I bet you will" Moore Challenged as he held the gun at the Innkeeper "I saw you run like a coward when we spotted you!"

"Fine then" Kinnison said as he let the arrow go, the arrow zoomed into Moore's right shoulder forcing the gun from his hand. One of the guests quickly picked up the gun and stepped away from the Bandit. Moore grunted at Kinnison and attempted to get away, but he was quickly nabbed by one of the soldiers waiting outside. Kinnison wanted to talk a bit to Moore but he had to leave or else he would lose Shiro, so he left as soon as possible and returned to Greenhill. Once he arrived he told the soldiers the whole story, after a bit of discussion, they decided to let Kinnison off the hook. So once more he and Shiro were on the road, this time to Two River City.
