"Rachel and Lawrence" (L'Renouille) Gilbert awoke to a very bright sunrise. The sun-beams hit him right in the eyes, and he had to squint to keep from going blind. Gilbert sat up and stretched a long stretch. He then crawled out of bed and put on his uniform. It was time to adress his soldiers. Gilbert went over to his door and opened, and to no surprise Worm was standing there with a beaming face. Gilbert didn't even give him time to start blabbing, and punched him square in the face without saying a word. Some nearby soldiers began clapping and cheering at Gilbert's good deed. Gilbert nodded at them, acknowledging that he knew he was a bad-ass. He continued walking down the hallway, trying to follow Worm's directions to the bathroom. And was easily lost. Gilbert ended up in the dungeon, where many criminals and crooks were yelling, singing, moaning, or just sitting silently. One of the prisoners caught Gilbert's eye. She had very large, red spikey hair, and one eye was missing. Around her neck was a barbed-wire tattoo, that looked very realistic. Her armour was black, with yellow trim on it. She looked very powerful. She looked up at Gilbert, "What'dya want?" "........" Gilbert didn't say a word. He just continued to examine her. "Lemme guess," she said pretty smugly, "you wanna know how a sexy-chick like myself ended up in a dump like this? Well, I'll tell you the story..." I was just a teenager, and the only female who could compete against the boys in the Warrior's Village. Zorak, that blasted old man, banned me because I kept beating his best male soldiers with a sword. So I joined this anti-highland team known as, "The Razorback Knights". I was good, real good. I eventually became their leader, and sacrificed my eye to show loyalty. One night, not too long ago, we decided to lead a raid against the Highlanders. We weren't doing too bad, but I got captured, and the others all retreated. So now, I'm stuck in here, completely worthless, and no one's coming to save me. By the way, my name's Rachel. Gilbert's lock on her hadn't changed throughout her whole story. Allthough inside he found it interesting, he knew that he'd been going soft lately, and couldn't allow himself to do that. "Well...that's what happens when you attack Highland..." Gilbert coldly said. Rachel at first seemed shocked by the rudeness, "Hmph, figures. Just like every other Highlander, completely emotionless!" Gilbert looked down upon the girl, who was now looking away from him. "Guard!" Gilbert yelled at the dungeon keeper, without looking away from Rachel. A large, blonde man came running over to him, "Is there a problem, sir?" "No, no. Not at all. I'd like this girl released into my custody, and I'd like her as my Commander. Trust me she'll be of great help." The dungeon master looked at Gilbert, who was still staring at Rachel, "A...are you sure? She's in the Razorback Knight you know?" "I know. She's also a great swords-woman," Gilbert replied, not removing his stare. Rachel seemed much more shocked than the dungeon master. "Whatever you say, but I'm warning you, Ruka is gonna have your head for this..." the dungeon master said as he un-locked the door. The other prisoners who were watching the whole spectacle, began shouting furiously. They were cursing and demanding and other things that were inappropriate. "And you," Gilbert said, now looking at the dungeon master, "what's your name?" "I...I'm Lawrence, sir," the dungeon master replied nervously. "You will be my second commander. There, I now have a full army. Are you two ready to start training soldiers?" Rachel looked at Gilbert with inspiration. She was very inspired by Gilbert, and planned to stick by him every step of the way, "Yes, sir!" "I...I guess so. But I'm just a dungeon keeper, what good will I do?" Lawrence said, un-easily. "Come now, I can see that you're well built, you'll be in charge of beefing up the soldier's muscles. Rachel you'll handle teaching them good swordsmanship. Let's go." and with that, the three of them left the dungeon, and began walking towards the training grounds. Worm slowly got up, and rubbed his head, "Ouch...what hit me...?" Two Highland guards were standing above him. One of them said, with a big silly grin on his face, "Our royal dungeon keeper got promoted to Commander, so you're our new dungeon keeper! Congrats, Worm!" The two Highland's picked up Worm and walked him to the dungeon, where they chucked him in. The prisoners were all shouting and booing and spitting on Worm. "Oh boy...this has long day written all over it..."
